GoPro fun

Every week I shoot nearly 2-4k frames or a similar amount of video using a GoPro while paddling.  I use the camera to document my SUP classes, show students how they're doing, and to turn around and post in social media to market my business.

Shooting this requires a good workflow and usually fewer than 1% are worth keeping. The unplanned images such as these are always a surprise inspire me to shoot more.

I currently have a floater on the back of my camera and also use a safety line attached to the board.  I've lost few cameras in surf over the years which were not tethered.  The falling image was shot on the Contour Roam2. Unfortantly the company closed last summer.
