Driftwood Shack, Elwha River

Every year one or two grand sized driftwood shacks are built on the expansive sand delta at the mouth of the Elwha River.  The spot is a few miles west of Port Angeles in Washington State.  Surfers usually build the shacks to wait out winter storms.
